Reply.....regarding legroom for 5'8" 180# driver  I am more comfortable in this car than the 72 Zink I had. AND the removable wheel makes exiting easy( getting in any Vee is always easy, it's the getting out )

The attached pictures are sitting in a NORMAL driving position with the seat upholstery in place. I am 5'11 190 and did not arrange myself so they 'look good' It's what you can expect if your proportions are normal. Knee room under the wheel is decent. My hands JUST reach the wheel. If I stretch my toes, I can NOT touch the tie-rods.Image Image Image

Reply.regarding bent tube..left diagonal above ...The tube had about 1/4 " bend, which I just easily straightened..see pic below.  I don't see any impact , maybe someone sat on it while working on car
